4th SAP Globalization Symposium in Zürich: Achieving Balance in Globalization

Walldorf, April 8, 2010 – The 4th SAP Globalization Symposium hosted by the German-Speaking SAP User Group (DSAG) e. V. will take place on June 21-22, 2010 at the Renaissance Hotel in Zürich, Switzerland. The theme of the event – which will be held in English – is “Go to Market: Globalization is Vital”.

Over these two days, IT managers will discuss various topics, such as how they can support or accelerate their entry into international markets with the help of SAP solutions. In doing so, it is important to strike a balance between implementing standard rollout scenarios and maintaining the necessary level of flexibility. Meanwhile, the subject of innovation – including the effect of in-memory technology on global reporting – will join these and other strategic questions on the event’s agenda. Attendees will be able to choose from over 30 presentations arranged in four parallel topic tracks:

    • Track A:   Organizational challenges in building and implementing global SAP programs
    • Track B:   Organizational challenges in operating global SAP programs
    • Track C:   Challenges regarding the architecture of global SAP programs
    • Track D:   Technical challenges in global SAP programs

To download the agenda and for registration, please visit www.dsag.de/go/globalizationsymposium. The cost of attending is €860 for members of an SAP user group (plus 7.6% VAT), or €990 for non-members (plus tax).
