The Mill Products Work Group sees itself both as a panel for SAP users from the processing industries (metals, paper and wood) and for manufacturers, commercial enterprises and service centres. Emphasis is upon problems of material definition (MM), the special problems these industry sectors have when depicting logistical processes (SD,PP) and the corresponding solutions in the area of finances (FI,CO). The work group\'s primary objective is to optimise and develop implementation of the current SAP solution in cooperation with the IBU Metal, Paper and Wood Products and in line with the requirements of the aforementioned industries. In the work group meetings, which should always offer enough time to get acquainted and for proper discussions, a broad scope will also be lent the exchange of ideas on conceptual planning, introducing, and operating R/3 systems as well as cooperation with other work groups. The work group is primarily geared towards IT directors, SAP key users or project managers from metal producing and forming companies, and also towards their service centres and commercial enterprises.
